Price Breakdown: Toy Store Partnership for Combat Athlete Fundraising

1. Event Partnership Fee
   To get started, there’s a one-time event partnership fee to help cover the logistics of directing tournaments to your area and setting up the fundraising systems.

• Fee for each event: $1,500
  (This covers marketing, event coordination, and creation of athlete accounts for donations)

2. Athlete Account Setup & Management
   Each athlete will need an account where their supporters can donate credits toward their purchases at your store. The setup includes personalized pages and an easy-to-manage dashboard.

• Cost per athlete account: $10
  (Includes platform setup, ongoing account management, and payment processing)

3. Transaction Fees
   To ensure smooth processing of donations and credit redemptions, we include a small transaction fee per donation that is redirected to your store.

• Transaction fee: 5% of each donation
  (Donations made by friends, family, and teammates are processed with a 5% fee to cover processing costs)

4. Store Credit Redemptions
   When an athlete uses their credits at your store, we offer a rebate system for you. This ensures you’re incentivized to participate, while also getting return business.

• Rebate to the store: 10% of each credit redeemed
  (For every $100 in store credits redeemed, you receive $10 back, ensuring profitability as well as customer retention)

Example Scenario: Tournament / Gyms / Individual packages 

Let’s say you host 3 major tournaments(including 3 sports) in a year and 100 athletes sign up for each event:

• TOURNAMENTS 
• Event partnership fee (3 events): $1,500 x 3 = $4,500
• Athlete account fees (100 athletes per event): $10 x 100 x 3 = $3,000
• Total cost for the store: $4,500 (partnership fee) + $3,000 (athlete accounts) = $7,500 for 3 events

If each athlete raises an average of $200 in donations:

• Total donations for 300 athletes: $200 x 300 = $60,000
• Transaction fees (5% of donations): $60,000 x 5% = $3,000
